250g Minced pork
1 Large red chili
1 Large green chili
Holy Basil leaves
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
1tsp Light soy sauce
3tsp Fish sauce
1-2 tsp Sugar
4-5 Garlic cloves (chopped)
Bird's eye chili (chopped)
